Eligibility for Refund
You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received your product. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition, free from significant wear and tear, and must not be damaged. You must retain and return the original bubble wrap and packaging materials. You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product Testing
We understand that you need to test the stand to see if it fits your needs. Please handle all parts carefully during the testing period. Ensure that all parts remain undamaged and that you repack the item in the original bubble wrap and packaging if you decide to return it.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at bonesadding@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us bonesadding@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
